Terms & Conditions – Wildlux Serengeti Camp
Booking & Reservation
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (typically 30% of the total amount).
- Full payment must be made 14 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
- Rates are quoted in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior: Full refund minus transaction fees.
- 15 to 30 days prior: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: from 12:00 PM
- Check-out: by 10:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and extra charge.
Child Policy
- Children under 5 stay free when sharing with adults.
- Children aged 5–12 may incur discounted rates.
- Parental supervision is required at all times.
Liability
- Wildlux Serengeti Camp is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings unless caused by proven negligence of staff.
- Participation in safaris and outdoor activities is at your own risk.
Camp Rules
- Respect local wildlife and camp guidelines.
- Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.
- Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed to preserve the tranquil environment.
Force Majeure
Wildlux Serengeti Camp shall not be held liable for failure or delay in service due to acts beyond its control (e.g., weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest).
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Updated terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
